I made this lemon risotto tonight (I’ve made it many times before to varying degrees of success - if you ever attempt this recipe do not leave out the parsley! For some reason it changes the whole dish) and it came out perfectly. I seriously could have eaten the whole pot. But I controlled myself and now I have the yummiest leftovers ever because it’s even better the next day!

I know. Whatever though, I just finished my last exam (still need to finish my paper tomorrow, but not thinking about that right now) and I don’t care. My frozen pizza is going to be delicious for lunch and the my wine and ice cream will make an excellent dinner (I’ll have real food too … maybe).

Eli set himself on fire today.
He’s fine, I don’t even think he noticed he jumped on a lit candle until I yelled at him. I could smell the burnt fur for like 30 minutes though, that was kind of gross.
I did all my laundry today. AND put it away, which pretty much never happens.
Didn’t really get any school work done, but I finished my draft Monday and I think it turned out pretty well.
